1. Ordering Process

Please contact us to place an order. We do not currently offer a shopping cart due to the nature of our business and the large variety of deliver options. You can call us on 01460 281225.

2. Customs, Taxes and Duties

All our prices are excluding of VAT at 20%.

3. Payments

Payments should made in GBP or Bitcoin. Bitcoin payments should be the equivalent of the quote or invoice amount stated in GBP at the time of payment please use the converter on on the payments page to calculate the amount of bitcoin to transfer.

4. Copyright/Trademarks/Data Protection

All content included on this site including but not limited to web site design, text, graphics, logos, and the selection and arrangement thereof are the property of Co2 Balau or its suppliers and are protected by UK and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Co2 Balau or its software suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose. We will use the information you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Contract for the supply goods

The display of goods on Co2 Balau site amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated. No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and Co2 Balau unless, and until, an email is sent by Co2 Balau to you confirming that your order has been shipped. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Co2 Balau of your offer to buy goods from Co2 Balau and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the e-mail. Co2 Balau are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

6. Advice and Product Information

Any advice, statement, promise, recommendation or representation given by the Seller or its employees or agents to the Buyer or its employees or agents as to the storage application or use of the goods or otherwise is followed or acted upon entirely at the Buyer/Buyers own risk, and accordingly the Seller shall not be liable in any way for any such advice, statement, promise, recommendation or representation given.

These terms and conditions and any documents incorporating them or incorporated by them constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, understandings and representations between them, whether written or oral.

Timber is a natural product therefore the products we supply has variations in markings, shape, colour, size, texture. The Seller neither guarantees nor warrants that such variations will not occur, or that the Goods will conform to any sample either in markings, size, shape, colour and general quality.

We recommend that the Buyer researches and is familiar with all relevant technical information provided by us and any other recognised trade organisations before placing an order. The Buyer must satisfy themselves that their chosen timber is suitable for the purpose for which it is intended and Buyers are advised to view as much of the timber as possible before placing an order and entering into the Contract.

We are continually improving the specification and design of our product range and whilst care is taken to see that any literature or information on our website is up to date on the date of its production, such any information should not be regarded as an absolute guide to current specifications and the Seller reserves the right to modify any of its products without notice and without any liability on the part of the Seller.

7. General

We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Required Boards Calculator

This is a guide to how much timber you may require. Based on the square meterage of the area you require to cover, the calculator will add a extra 10% to the figure you enter to allow for wastage. This is standard procedure and should you have included wastage within your figures please amend as required. The calculator rounds up which enables you receive full boards. I.e. if the calculator calculates 10.56 boards are required it will round up to 11 boards.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us within 14 days following the steps outlined below, and we will refund the cost of the items. N.B. Excluding bespoke orders. The Buyer must take reasonable care of the timber whilst they are in the Buyer’s possession and the timber must be returned to the Seller undamaged, in their original packaging and are fit for resale. The Seller reserves the right to refuse any refund or reimbursment if this is not complied with.

Returning orders or items is at the Buyer cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to Co2 Timber, Unit 16, Walronds Park, Isle Brewers Lane, Isle brewers, Taunton, Somerset, TA3 6QP. Please give a written reason for return and the date on which you receive the timber.

If the Buyer wishes to cancel their order at any time after the 14 days following delivery or collection of the timber such cancellation will be at our absolute discretion. In the event that such cancellation is accepted by us, any refund will exclude the cost of delivery, the costs of return shipping and a stocking and administration charge of up to 25% of the will apply on it's total value.

If the Buyer wishes to exchange their order at any time after the 14 days following delivery or collection of the timber such exchanges will be at our absolute discretion. In the event of a exchange being accepted by us, the exchange will exclude the cost of delivery, the costs of return shipping and a stocking and administration charge of up to 25% of the will apply on it's total value. Refund of original order will be processed once goods have been returned to us and inspected. Please note bespoke orders cannot be exchanged.

In the event of payment having being made in Bitcoin, where a refund is applicable, refunds will be made in GBP.

10. Statutory Right

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of any Buyer dealing as a consumer.
